KIKI, is how my husband calls the inner child in me, who comes out to play every time arts & crafts are around, enjoying glitter, stickers, patterned papers or a new embellishment that has just been discovered in my old stash.
It is no secret that the arts are my passion and I have enjoyed exchanging small drawings, poems and color paper with my childhood friends at school. In 1990, Kathy, my mother from Kansas, gave me my first scrapbook album and that is how I discovered the wonderful and magical world of Scrapbooking. I began to collect everything I experienced throughout that year as an exchange student in the U.S., then continued with different trips I did in my life, my wedding and birth of my children… I haven’t stopped ever since.
There are many things I want to share with you. I am sure that together we can show the world how great it is to do Scrapbooking no matter what your background, color or beliefs are. I am certain that we can learn a lot from our old or new friends, from people in a far away land or our next door neighbor and most especially from those who are very different from us.
